With their help, we chose to add a Zoll Propaq MD to our assessment tools. Express was able to answer all our questions and supply documentation. They were able to work with our purchasing hurtles, saved the unit we wanted, and on the night it was approved, had it shipped that morning. It arrived 28 hours later! This was great! Thank you. We will be looking to you in the future for supplies associated with this unit and our other AEDs.
We purchased a Lifepack 15 from this company after seeing an add on Facebook. With all of the fake ads and scams going on I was naturally leery of dealing with an unknown company, offering a remarkable product at such a low price. To my surprise after contacting them they were very understanding of my concerns and shipped my device agreeing to payment after my receiving and inspecting the cardiac monitor. Been looking at getting an AED for my home due to some past events that have happened in my extended family. Pricing has always been a deterring factor but saw the add on facebook and for the price it was worth every penny. The Phillips AED received came ready to go exactly how stated in the description also their pricing on accessories like the infant/ child key for the units is excellent and beats having to buy another set of pads like most other units require. Anyone who is leery on buying one because of the drastic price difference don’t be. Unit came super quick and everything was tracked from beginning to end. But do know that with re certified unit there will be a little handling wear on the exterior surface more than likely but all the pads battery etc is brand new with expiration dates which is the important part. Super satisfied with my purchase and thank you for making them affordable to the common homeowner!!

Ordering on the website was a breeze, shipping and tracking info was provided and delivery was prompt. The AEDs came in ready to go and have been in service since their arrival.
This refresh pack was a little more than I expected. Everything was in great condition, everything was attached and ready to go straight out of the box. They even included extra batteries with a 10 year shelf life. It came with a carry bag and an essentials pack containing gloves, sheers, dry wipes and a razor. We have several Zoll's around our facility and they have always seemed like solid machines. Thankfully we've never had to use one and hope to never have to but it's a nice feeling to know that these units are standing by.

After looking at several companies and comparing prices, our HOA chose to purchase a Phillips refurbished AED for our pool/clubhouse/gym area. I own a Phillips AED for personal use. After retiring from public safety after 42 years and being an AHA CPR/AED instructor, I know the importance of having the right equipment available when needed. I trust the brand and was able to get a great price on it here. Hopefully we will never need to use it, but I feel more comfortable knowing it is available.
Equipment Express has what we were looking for in stock (AED pads) at a better price than other suppliers who had a 2-4 week lead time.
