Ordering on the website was a breeze, shipping and tracking info was provided and delivery was prompt. The AEDs came in ready to go and have been in service since their arrival.

This refresh pack was a little more than I expected. Everything was in great condition, everything was attached and ready to go straight out of the box. They even included extra batteries with a 10 year shelf life. It came with a carry bag and an essentials pack containing gloves, sheers, dry wipes and a razor. We have several Zoll's around our facility and they have always seemed like solid machines. Thankfully we've never had to use one and hope to never have to but it's a nice feeling to know that these units are standing by.

After looking at several companies and comparing prices, our HOA chose to purchase a Phillips refurbished AED for our pool/clubhouse/gym area. I own a Phillips AED for personal use. After retiring from public safety after 42 years and being an AHA CPR/AED instructor, I know the importance of having the right equipment available when needed. I trust the brand and was able to get a great price on it here. Hopefully we will never need to use it, but I feel more comfortable knowing it is available.
