Equipment Express pudo satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Buscábamos ampliar nuestras capacidades de SVB/BLS añadiendo una evaluación opcional del protocolo de SVB/BLS. Con su ayuda, decidimos añadir un Zoll Propaq MD a nuestras herramientas de evaluación. Express respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos proporcionó la documentación. Pudieron sortear nuestros obstáculos de compra, nos guardaron la unidad que queríamos y, la noche de su aprobación, la enviaron esa misma mañana. ¡Llegó 28 horas después! ¡Genial! Gracias. Compramos un Lifepack 15 de esta empresa tras ver un anuncio en Facebook. Con todos los anuncios falsos y estafas que hay, naturalmente desconfiaba de tratar con una empresa desconocida que ofrecía un producto excepcional a un precio tan bajo. Para mi sorpresa, tras contactarlos, comprendieron mis inquietudes y me enviaron el dispositivo, aceptando el pago tras recibir e inspeccionar el monitor cardíaco. Un servicio al cliente extremadamente amable y excepcional. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Sin duda, han conseguido un cliente satisfecho con Savannah Response Medics.

Been looking at getting an AED for my home due to some past events that have happened in my extended family. Pricing has always been a deterring factor but saw the add on facebook and for the price it was worth every penny. The Phillips AED received came ready to go exactly how stated in the description also their pricing on accessories like the infant/ child key for the units is excellent and beats having to buy another set of pads like most other units require. Anyone who is leery on buying one because of the drastic price difference don’t be. Unit came super quick and everything was tracked from beginning to end. But do know that with re certified unit there will be a little handling wear on the exterior surface more than likely but all the pads battery etc is brand new with expiration dates which is the important part. Super satisfied with my purchase and thank you for making them affordable to the common homeowner!!
We purchased a Lifepack 15 from this company after seeing an add on Facebook. With all of the fake ads and scams going on I was naturally leery of dealing with an unknown company, offering a remarkable product at such a low price. To my surprise after contacting them they were very understanding of my concerns and shipped my device agreeing to payment after my receiving and inspecting the cardiac monitor. Extremely pleasant and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend. You have definitely created a satisfied customer with Savannah Response Medics.

Selling experience was top-notch. Gave me a fair price for my unopened AED, offered to cover shipping, and gave quick turnaround on payment. Hoping the unit gets somewhere it can do some good.
Equipment Express was able to meet our needs. We were looking to increase our BLS capabilities by adding an "optional" BLS protocol assessment. With their help, we chose to add a Zoll Propaq MD to our assessment tools. Express was able to answer all our questions and supply documentation. They were able to work with our purchasing hurtles, saved the unit we wanted, and on the night it was approved, had it shipped that morning. It arrived 28 hours later! This was great! Thank you. We will be looking to you in the future for supplies associated with this unit and our other AEDs.

After looking at several companies and comparing prices, our HOA chose to purchase a Phillips refurbished AED for our pool/clubhouse/gym area. I own a Phillips AED for personal use. After retiring from public safety after 42 years and being an AHA CPR/AED instructor, I know the importance of having the right equipment available when needed. I trust the brand and was able to get a great price on it here. Hopefully we will never need to use it, but I feel more comfortable knowing it is available.
Equipment Express has what we were looking for in stock (AED pads) at a better price than other suppliers who had a 2-4 week lead time.
