Returns and Refunds.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and endeavor to make it right.
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 90 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sales@equipment.express. A return must be opened within 90 days of the purchase. A return must be shipped back within 60 days of opening a return. All returns past 90 days and or past 60 days after being opened will be closed and all sales final. Refunds will be issued to their original payment method.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 175 Cesanek Road, Northampton PA 18067. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@equipment.express.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
