With their help, we chose to add a Zoll Propaq MD to our assessment tools. Express was able to answer all our questions and supply documentation. They were able to work with our purchasing hurtles, saved the unit we wanted, and on the night it was approved, had it shipped that morning. It arrived 28 hours later! This was great! Thank you. We purchased a Lifepack 15 from this company after seeing an add on Facebook. With all of the fake ads and scams going on I was naturally leery of dealing with an unknown company, offering a remarkable product at such a low price. Looks like an outstanding unit. Arrived the next day! I am very comforted having this unit in my house in case it is needed. The unit gives real-time directions in a clear- loud voice. This makes it possible for a person not familiar with these units to save a life. Excellent price for a refurbished unit with a new battery. Looking forward to never needing it, but happy it's here.
