With all of the fake ads and scams going on I was naturally leery of dealing with an unknown company, offering a remarkable product at such a low price. To my surprise after contacting them they were very understanding of my concerns and shipped my device agreeing to payment after my receiving and inspecting the cardiac monitor. Equipment Express was able to meet our needs. We were looking to increase our BLS capabilities by adding an "optional" BLS protocol assessment. With their help, we chose to add a Zoll Propaq MD to our assessment tools. Express was able to answer all our questions and supply documentation. They were able to work with our purchasing hurtles, saved the unit we wanted, and on the night it was approved, had it shipped that morning. It arrived 28 hours later! This was great! Thank you.
