What is a recertified device?
A recertified device is a working device that was pulled from a working environment. It is then thoroughly tested, cleaned and made sure cosmetically, to be in excellent condition. These are not damaged or broken devices that are repaired.
Will a recertified AED work as well as a new one?
Yes! A recertified device is quadruple tested independently to confirm that the device shocks when it is supposed to. We also confirm that it does not shock when it is not supposed to. The manufacturer also developed the devices to have self-testing capabilities that the AED must also pass.

What comes with a recertified AED?

How do I know if my device is recertified?
On the back of all Equipment Express's Certified AEDS is a sticker with the manual inspection, multiple shock reports and the date of battery install.
